If you see two charges, don’t worry, in most cases, this is not a double payment. Here are the most common reasons:
1. Subscription + PDF Guide
During checkout, some users purchase a subscription and an additional PDF guide. These are two separate products, so they appear as two separate charges.
2. Two Subscriptions Created
If you completed the purchase process more than once, it’s possible that two subscriptions were activated. This can happen if the payment page was refreshed or the purchase button was tapped twice.
3. Pending Bank Authorization (Most Common)
If you paid by card, your bank may first place the payment in “Pending” status (authorization hold). The bank temporarily freezes the amount (usually for 3–5 business days). Once the payment is processed, it changes to “Completed.” You may receive a second notification when the status updates. This is not a second charge, it’s the same transaction moving from pending to completed.
