There are a few possible reasons why a charge may appear even after you cancel your subscription.
- Pending Authorization: In some cases, the payment was already authorized by your bank before the cancellation was processed. This can take several business days to move from pending to settled.
- Multiple Courses: Your account may have more than one course purchase. Since each RiseGuide account can be linked to a specific course, canceling one subscription only stops renewals for that particular course.
- Separate Platforms: It’s also possible that the subscription was cancelled through the App Store or Google Play, while another purchase was made directly on the RiseGuide website. These purchases are managed separately.
