This usually happens when the wrong button is selected after opening the app. When you launch the app, you’ll see two options:
Let’s Get Started
This button is for new users who have not completed the quiz or payment yet. It takes you through the quiz, subscription selection, and the payment process. If you already paid, choosing this option will make it seem like you need to pay again.
I Already Have an Account
This button is for users who have already completed the quiz and made the payment. It will take you to the login page, where you can enter your email and password and access your active subscription.
With that, you need to click “I already have an account” if you complete the payment and want to start learning with us.
