Deleting the RiseGuide app does not cancel your subscription. Here’s why you may still see a charge:
- Subscriptions are managed through the App Store or Google Play, not the website itself.
- Removing the app doesn’t stop automatic renewal of your active subscription.
To avoid future charges, you need to cancel your subscription through the store or website where you originally subscribed:
- iOS / App Store: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → RiseGuide → Cancel
- Android / Google Play: Play Store → Profile → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions → RiseGuide → Cancel
- Web version: Log in to the app → Profile → Manage Subscription
Once canceled, your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing period, and no further charges will occur.
Deleting the app only removes it from your device; it does not affect your subscription status.
