To cancel the subscription, follow these steps:
- Open the RiseGuide app and log in to your account.
- Click on the Profile tab and tab the settings icon (top right corner).
- Navigate to the Manage subscriptions and log in again.
- To cancel, select Cancel subscription.

Tip: If you select to keep your plan active, it will automatically switch to a lower-priced 4-week subscription. The button may also be absent if you have already cancelled the subscription.
To avoid the next charge, you should cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
Also, remember that deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. Subscription fees will apply automatically regardless of whether or not you use your subscription.
