Cancelling your RiseGuide subscription means the automatic renewal will be disabled, but you will still have access to all your subscription features for the remaining time of your current period. Subscriptions should be cancelled at least 24 hours before your next billing date.
Quick guide for cancellation:
- Log in to the application
- Tap the profile icon in the bottom right corner
- Then tap the Settings icon in the top right
- Select “Manage Subscription”
- Log in again, tap “Cancel Subscription” and confirm
After cancelling, you will still have access to your account for the remainder of your billing cycle, but you will no longer have access to the content once your subscription has expired.

Tip: Deleting the app or unsubscribing from the newsletter does not cancel your subscriptions. Subscription fees will apply automatically regardless of whether or not you use your subscription.
