If your subscription renewed unexpectedly, please first check the renewal date of your subscription. RiseGuide subscriptions renew automatically unless they are cancelled before the next billing date.
You can review your subscription details in the Manage Subscriptions section of the app, where you’ll see the renewal date and the current status of your plan. This information is also included in the confirmation and welcome email you received after your purchase.
