- Not Logged In Properly → Make sure you are logged in with the email address associated with your account. Progress is tied to your account, so using a different email or guest mode may prevent saving.
- Internet Connection Issues → Progress is saved to your account online. If your device is offline, some updates may not sync immediately.
- App Version Outdated → Using an older version of the app can sometimes cause syncing issues. Make sure you have the latest app version installed.
