If you've already made a purchase but can't access the app, please follow these steps to restore your subscription:
- Open the app and press Get Started.
- You'll need to retake the quiz once again. Please answer all the questions.
- On the final screen (before payment), tap the Restore button located at the top right corner.
- Then, sign up with your email.
If this doesn't help, the issue might be caused by using a hidden email address, especially if you signed up via Apple ID. Please check the Hide My Email section on your device by going to: Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → Hide My Email. If you find a different email there, let us know, we’ll use it to locate your account and assist further.
