In the RiseGuide app, you can update your name and password directly in your profile. Simply go to Profile → Settings to make changes.
If you need to change the email address associated with your account, this cannot be done in the app. In that case, please contact our support team at support@riseguide.com, and we’ll assist you with updating your email safely.
The estimated response time is 30 minutes, but it may vary based on request volume.
