Where can I find my subscription information?

You can find your subscription details inside your account, depending on where you purchased it:

If You Subscribed via the App Store (iOS) ﹢
  1. Open Settings on your iPhone
  2. Tap your Apple ID (your name at the top)
  3. Select Subscriptions
  4. Find RiseGuide in the list
If You Subscribed via Google Play (Android) ﹢
  1. Open the Google Play Store
  2. Tap your profile icon
  3. Select Payments & Subscriptions — Subscriptions
  4. Find RiseGuide
If You Subscribed via the Website ﹢
  1. Log in to your account in the app
  2. Go to your Profile section and click on the account settings icon in the top right corner
  3. Tap on the Manage Subscription
  4. Log in to your account again to check your subscription details
There, you can see your plan type, renewal date, billing information, and cancel button. If you don’t remember your password, you can change it directly in your profile under the Password tab.
